Shipping Policy
- Global Fulfillment: We ship directly from our manufacturing facilities in China, Vietnam, and Cambodia to ensure the most efficient delivery and tariff mitigation for our North American clients.
- Carrier Partners: We work with major international carriers including DHL, FedEx, and sea freight partners for large-scale bulk orders.
- Processing Time: Standard stock items are processed within 3-5 business days. Custom OEM/ODM orders follow the lead times specified in your quote.

Returns & Refund Policy
- B2B Standard: As a manufacturer catering to professional contractors, we prioritize quality control. If you receive defective or damaged goods, please contact us within 15 days of delivery.
- Restocking Fee: For non-defective returns (subject to approval), a 20% restocking fee may apply. Custom-made products (OEM/ODM) are non-returnable unless defective.
- Warranty: Most of our LED Pixel Lights and Commercial Lighting products come with a 2-3 year manufacturer warranty. Please refer to your specific product documentation for details.
